CE Tracking Update

We want to inform you of a temporary issue with the continuing education (CE) tracking system following the American Dental Association's recent system migration. If you are using the ACE platform to track your CE credits, please note that the ACE report is currently not displaying accurate totals.

Due to an error in rounding, credits entered as decimals (e.g., 1.5) are rounding to the next nearest whole number (e.g., 2), which means any partial hours recorded may inflate your cumulative total. While your records are safely stored in the system, we recommend you refer to your CE certificates for the most accurate record of your completed courses, as the ACE system cannot be relied upon for accurate totals at this time.

The ADA is aware of this issue and is actively working toward a resolution, but it is not expected to be fully resolved by the end of the year.
