The Tennessee Dental Association offers a diverse range of advertising opportunities to help you reach dental professionals across the state. From our weekly e-News Bulletin and bimonthly digital newsletter to classifieds and event sponsorships, we provide multiple channels to promote your brand. Advertising Standards
The Tennessee Dental Association (TDA) welcomes advertising to inform members about products and services available to them and their practice of dentistry. Advertising must be factually accurate, dignified, and intended to provide and contribute useful information. The appearance of an advertisement in any TDA publication or online does not constitute an endorsement by the TDA or its components, except where such endorsement is specifically authorized and approved. All advertising must be received in final format. TDA cannot guarantee ad positioning.
Advertising submitted to the TDA is subject to review and publisher approval. The TDA unconditionally reserves the right to decline or edit any advertisement submitted. No cancellations are accepted after the publication deadline.

FAQ
How do I submit my ad?
For classified ads, please complete the fillable Classified Advertising Form and submit it to Janie Robbins, Marketing & Communications Coordinator, via email.
For e-news ads or digital newsletter ads, you will need to fill out the Newsletter and e-News Advertisements Form and submit it to the same contact, Janie Robbins, via email.
How do I pay for my ad?
Payment can be made via invoice, which will be sent to you upon submission of your advertisement request. We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard only, as well as by check. Checks can be made payable to the Tennessee Dental Association and mailed to 660 Bakers Bridge Avenue, Suite 300, Franklin, TN 37067.
Please note that all payments must be received prior to publication to ensure your advertisement runs as scheduled. If payment is not received by the publication date, the ad will be canceled.
